Through the forms on this site we collect: name, e-mail address, business name (optional) and the message you send us. We also record the date on which you give your consent.
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, send you the audit you requested and contact you about our services. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
We keep your data for as long as a relationship or a mutual interest exists, and until you ask us to erase it.
To handle the site's forms we use Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which stores the data on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. This involves an international transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area. Formspree states that it acts as a data processor and that it bases this transfer on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Formspree in turn relies on sub-processors, most of them based in the United States. The current list is published at formspree.io/legal/subprocessors.
Beyond this, we do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@altileva.com.
The competent supervisory authority is the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). Under Art. 77 GDPR you may in any case lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you habitually reside or work.
